Residential Closing/Settlement: $125.00 each side
Document Preparation:
Subordinations:
$35.00 each side with issuance of policy
case by case basis
Reconveyance / Payoff Processing: $75.00
Wire Transfer / Courier Fees: $50.00 per closing
Recording Fees: $25.00 for Warranty Deed or Quitclaim Deed
$25.00 for Assignment of Trust Deed
$55.00 for Trust Deed
$25.00 for Releases
Title Insurance Policy Premiums and Endorsements: See Schedule of Rates or contact title agent for quotes
Foreclosure, Litigation or Letter Report: Minimum rate of $250.00 for a Foreclosure Report or Litigation Report.  Minimum Rate of $110.00 for a Letter Report. An hourly rate of $50.00 per hour will be added to complex or commercial transactions.
Title Insurance Commitment: No charge if policy issued.
Other Expenses: All services are subject to any out-of-pocket expenses or fees charged by any government entity or for any non-regular costs incurred.

*The fees on this Schedule reflect minimum charges only. Any work beyond routine will be charged at an hourly rate of $50.00 per hour.
